03 Oct Side dish with vegetables
For all the vegetarians out there, are you all looking for new ways to jazz up your meals. I admit that creating a delicious dish vegetable dish is not an easy task but some bad experiences and a little brainstorming and you’ll finally get there. Please don’t hate me but I came up with this recipe as a side dish to a meat meal but it’s absolutely fine on its own. You can enjoy it with flatbread, buns or rice. It’s packed full of flavors and very nutritious. Even the meat lovers will fall head over heels for this one.
1 large onion sliced
1 large capsicum sliced
1 large brinjal cubed
1 zuchini cubed
1 large tomato sliced
Cauliflower (handful of florets)
Ginger thumb sized chopped
Garlic clove chopped
Sauté the chopped garlic and ginger.
Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
Add the sauces and fry for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
