Now that Eid was around the corner, it’s time to sharpen up those knives and restock your pantry. From much loved haleem, nihaari, siri paye to elegant dishes like mongolian beef to lamb chops. Eid is a time when all dieting plans are abandoned and all set on a guilt free ride arounnd the meat world. One thing we must all remember is that the meat of beef should not be consumed on its own for several days in a row. Pair it up with vegetables for a balanced meal. Continuous intake of meat can be harmful in itself. Consume chicken and seafood along with the meat. If you store your meat properly and plan to eat it accordingly, it can last for a pretty long time period.

Remember these factors and you’ll do fine. However an incredible recipe is much needed for this special occasion to try this and with your families hearts.

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of boneless beef cubes
  • 5-6 Chillies (Deseeded)
  • 1 large capsicum
  • 1 large inion
  • 1 tbsp worchestire sauce
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 spring onions sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black crushed pepper
  • 1tbsp giner/garlic paste

Method:

Marinate the beef in the sauces and spices.

Fry in a wok till tender.

Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes and serve with egg fried rice
