Winters are around the corner which means that the dinner needs to be replaced with a bowl of piping hot, heart Warming soup. Whether its chicken corn soup or the much adored hot and sour soup is the soul food. Imagine sitting down to a bowl of soup and you start salivating. Best part is that it warms you up inside and the contentment is visible on your face. This soup is a winner and I urge you all to give it a try.
Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • ½ kg chicken boneless
  • 1 mushrooms can
  • 1 pack of cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

  • Fry the muahrooms in ginger and remove.
  • Fry the chicken till cooked and then add the mushrooms and chicken stock. Add the cream, salt and pepper.
  • Serve it with toasted bread.
