Winters are around the corner which means that the dinner needs to be replaced with a bowl of piping hot, heart Warming soup. Whether its chicken corn soup or the much adored hot and sour soup is the soul food. Imagine sitting down to a bowl of soup and you start salivating. Best part is that it warms you up inside and the contentment is visible on your face. This soup is a winner and I urge you all to give it a try.
- 3 cups chicken stock
- ½ kg chicken boneless
- 1 mushrooms can
- 1 pack of cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fry the muahrooms in ginger and remove.
- Fry the chicken till cooked and then add the mushrooms and chicken stock. Add the cream, salt and pepper.
- Serve it with toasted bread.
