Lets face it, we all adore pasta. Whether its fettuccine or Alfredo, we can eat pasta anywhere and at anytime. We usually give up on the idea of making it a t home because we all are victims of this misconception that making pasta is an exhausting process. To be very honest, it hardly takes 30 minutes to get a pasta dish on the table. The process is fairly easy too.


  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • Olives a handful
  • 1 cup of Mozarella cheese
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 packet of Pasta (penne)


Saute the chopped garlic and add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper, chicken stock and sugar.

Cook till tomatoes disintegrate.

Reduce the sauce a little. Add olives and basil leaves.

Cook pasta till at dente.

Mix the pasta in the sauce.

Add the cheese and bake in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
